Sound recording of interview reminiscing about family history, travel from Utah to Arizona by wagon train, crossing at Lee's Ferry, and settling at Brigham City then Concho, Ariz. Tells about riot of African-American soldiers at Fort Apache, her father's freighting experiences, their move to Thatcher, Ariz. in 1900, and her mother's experiences as nurse and teacher.
